Workfirst NJ client Nicole was hesitant at first about attending the WFNJ Job Readiness workshop. After her first few days, she overcame her hesitation and became an active contributor to group discussions, encouraging her fellow participants to participate fully as well. She worked with a WFNJ instructor to update and focus her resume, and make it Applicant Tracking System friendly. After a few weeks of using her improved resume, she received an invitation to interview. Since she was in need of interview attire, our staff referred her to Dress for Success of Northern NJ, and she set up a consultation. They fitted her with a professional outfit, and sent her home with several more business appropriate choices. Armed with boosted confidence and her newly polished interview skills, she made a great impression, and landed the job!. She is now working full time, and would like to visit soon to offer encouragement to our customers. Great job, Nicole!

We specialize in coordinating complex transportation needs, including routes for students with special needs, vocational placements, and inter-district programs. With a focus on student safety, customer service, and operational efficiency, we partner closely with local school districts, private contractors, and families to meet each student’s unique transportation requirements.
Behind the scenes, our office staff and leadership team manage scheduling, training, routing, and compliance with state regulations. Whether it’s planning a new route, responding to weather-related changes, or supporting our professional driving team, we are committed to keeping students first—every mile of the way.
